Contract * A non-refundable retainer payment of $100 is required at time of booking your session. This guarantees the time and date agreed with you. Should payment not be received at the time of booking, Lindsay Fort Photography reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. Images will be ready for viewing in an online gallery 2-3 weeks after the date of the session. The content of the gallery is in discretion of Lindsay Fort Photography. Lindsay Fort Photography will select the best images and edit them to her discretion. Any further editing or culling will be subjected to a fee. Should anyone within your family/party become ill before your session, please let Lindsay Fort Photography know, asap. Should a child attend a session and is visibly ill, it is within Lindsay's right to reschedule the session immediately. If Lindsay Fort Photography can not perform this agreement in whole or in part due to casualty, acts of God, nature, terror or other cause beyond the control of the parties, the session will be rescheduled or refunded what has already been paid. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged with fault on the part of the photographer, client agrees that an entire session cannot be replicated, reenacted or repeated for the purpose of a re-shoot and limits Lindsay Fort Photography's liability to the amount paid under this contract. In the event of an extenuating circumstance on Lindsay Fort Photography's part, Lindsay Fort Photography will reimburse the full amount paid to the customer or will re-schedule for a different time. Lindsay Fort Photography will not be held liable for services not rendered. Lindsay Fort Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files). Client is prohibited from further editing of images. Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Lindsay Fort Photography. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party. PLEASE TYPE YOUR FULL NAME BELOW TO CONSENT.

Copyright and License * The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to printing, copying, emailing and web publishing. Client can share photos on social media - please credit Lindsay Fort Photography where possible! And please help spread the word of Lindsay Fort Photography by liking and tagging where possible on all social media platforms. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to advertising, stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature. You hereby grant Lindsay Fort Photography the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement and editorial use. Lindsay Fort Photography retains all copyrights to the images. PLEASE TYPE YOUR FULL NAME BELOW TO CONSENT.

Social Media The best way for me to spend the word of my business is via personal reference. The place most people will see this is via social media. Please consider if you would help me by letting me share a few of your photos on my social media platforms - even if it is specific photos selected by you, the client. Client agrees to allow Lindsay Fort Photography to share images from their session on social media for marketing purposes without compensation. PLEASE TYPE YOUR FULL NAME BELOW TO CONSENT.
